License and applicable rules

DirDeck is distributed through the Mac App Store. Except where this page expressly adds terms, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs your use of DirDeck: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

DirDeck grants you a personal, limited and non-transferable license. You may not bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use the app unlawfully.

Seven-day trial

First use includes a seven-day full-feature trial. It is not a subscription, does not renew and never charges automatically. After it expires, an active annual subscription or Lifetime Access purchase is required to continue using all features.

Annual subscription and automatic renewal

The annual subscription is billed each year at the local price Apple shows in the purchase sheet: US$4.00 per year in the United States and RMB 29 per year in mainland China. Actual currency, tax and regional price are shown before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel through Apple subscription settings before the current subscription period ends, the subscription renews automatically. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings.

Apple Offer Codes

DirDeck uses only Apple-issued Offer Codes. Apple shows the promotional period, price and renewal terms before redemption. The initial campaign provides one year free; when that free period ends, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current standard annual price unless you cancel beforehand.

Eligibility, expiration, redemption limits and storefront availability are governed by Apple and the specific promotion. DirDeck does not issue or validate custom in-app codes.

Lifetime Access, billing and refunds

Lifetime Access is a one-time in-app purchase and does not renew. Apple handles purchases, renewals, taxes, refunds and payment disputes under the Apple Media Services Terms. Restore Purchases in DirDeck restores eligible access associated with the same Apple Account.

File operations and responsibility

DirDeck renames, moves, copies, deletes or processes local files only when you direct it to. Confirm the selected files and destination, and keep appropriate backups before an irreversible operation. You are responsible for the files, locations and actions you choose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DirDeck is provided as is and is not guaranteed to suit every purpose or every third-party file format. We use reasonable care to maintain it, but are not responsible for systems, damaged files, third-party extensions or outages beyond our reasonable control.
